We appreciate your understanding that, due to the nature of the medicinal cannabis program in Canada, refunds are not applicable. Patients receive gram allotments, and the associated costs are covered by insurance rather than direct monetary transactions. However, at Recover Cann, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and addressing any concerns you may have.
If you encounter issues with the quality or condition of your medicinal cannabis, please contact our support team within 14 days of receipt, and we will work to find a suitable resolution or replacement.
Your well-being is our priority, and we strive to provide the best possible experience within the constraints of our unique system.
We understand that sometimes circumstances may require a replacement. Please review our full return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Item Replacement (Damaged or Missing)
Request for replacement must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be in their original delivered condition.
2. How to Initiate a Replacement
Contact our customer support team at support4@recovercann.ca (mailto:support4@recovercann.ca) to initiate the return process.
Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return. If a(n) item(s) arrives damaged, photos may be required.
3. Verification Process
Our team will review your request and may require additional information.
Replacements are subject to verification, and approval is at our discretion.
4. Replacement Items
Approved items may be eligible for a replacement. If approved, items in question will be shipped to the patient within 48 hours of approval.
5. Shipping Costs
Patients are not responsible for replacement shipping costs.
6. Exceptions
Replacements of (intentionally) opened or used products will not be accepted.
7. Compliance with Cannabis Regulations
Our return & replacement policy complies with the regulations outlined in the Canadian Cannabis Act and Regulations.
